I drew this one on my phone, using the AutoDesk Sketchbook app and an Adonit Mark stylus (which is the best stylus you can get for $10, for sure). I was pretty happy with how it came out.

Original Sketch
Layer in the color
Then drop in the shadows
Having the color blocked first helps me not feel like I need outlines to define things, which helps me use shadow to build volume.
